Very pleased and excited to be taking over the role as the part time Chair of the ATAS Complaints Appeals Committee (ACAC) from my former colleague, Hank Spier.
I am looking forward to working with the other members of ACAC, the Australian Travel Industry Association and stakeholders in fulfilling the requirements of my new role.
