Check out my recent video presentation entitled "The Van Onselen Gamble - Network Ten Pty Limited v van Onselen [2023] NSWSC 829" in which I look at the decision of Hammerschlag CJ in Equity concerning a dispute between Channel 10 and Dr Peter van Onselen. The case involved the enforceability of a non-disparagement clause and whether van Onselen breached that clause. Needless to say van Onselen's gamble didn’t pay off!
