Australian Business Law Review, Vole 49, Part 6

ABLR Vol 49, Part 6 is out and features three excellent articles:

* Corporate Accountability for Extraterritorial Misconduct: An Emerging Risk for Australian Multinational Corporations – Corey Byrne

* Frustration, Unjust Enrichment and the Fibrosa Problem: Charting a Clearer Path – Zamir Golestani

* Neutrality Matters: Lease Payments by Lessees in Australian Taxation – Christina Allen

I would again like to encourage prospective authors to consider submitting their articles to the ABLR. One significant advantage of seeking to publish your article in the ABLR is our much quicker turnaround times compared to other leading legal journals. We aim to publish practical business law articles on topical issues in a timely manner, which means we have to operate on shorter time frames.

I would also like to encourage all qualifying authors who have had written articles for the ABLR to consider nominating for one of the Law Council Scholarships and Prizes - check out the following links for more details

* Gaire Blunt Scholarship - competition law
